Officially Sarah Event Planning specializes in small to medium size events. We have a great interest in themed events and let our creativity really flourish. Whether you want to be hands on in the creative process or completely free of all the small details we strive to make each event truly YOUR vision.
Here are some of the packages we offer. We can also custom create your package around your budget. These are just starting points, we really will work with you.
**Specials for the Month of August**
Child's Themed Birthday Party (5-10 guests) prices starting at $100
Invitations, Theme inspired Cake, Utensils & Plates, Food, Beverages, Decorations, 3-5 Child theme inspired games, party favors, planned thank you notes, directed by a member of our staff, and clean up. (Up to 5 hours total for party) This way you're not alone with all those kids.
General Themed Party (10-30 guests) prices starting at $150
Invitations, Themed Cake, Decorations, Utensils & Plates, Favors, Food & Beverages, Games/Activities, Complete set up (possible supervision if desired), Clean up. (party lasting 4-6 hours total)
Anything Larger or More Intricate prices start at $200

Food & Beverages
General Food & Beverage costs depend sole on the selection of food. In most cases foods are picked based around the theme of the event. The price is determined around how intricate.
Venues
The prices for our packages do not include venue prices. Please make seperate arrangements as to where the party will take place. We will assist in the selection of the venue as necessary.
Music/DJ Services
This is not included in the package price, however if you want us to set up background music we have the equipment for this at a small fee. However if this is a mid-large event and a DJ is necessary, let us assist in the selection for you. We know a few local DJ's and can find one perfect to your theme.
